When can I collect my equipment

You can collect your equipment at any of our stores on the day of your hire or after 3pm the day before your first day hire.

When will we need to return equipment?

Please return your equipment by 5pm on the last day of your hire, are if you miss this by 9am the morning after. If your equipment is not returned by that time we will automatically charge an extra days hire.

Do I receive a refund if I return early?

Generally not, unless there are cercumstances that aloow us to do it. Please contact your local store. To ensure you are covered you can purchase travel insurance with snow sports cover. just ask in store. or book on the home page.

How can I extend my booking?

Just contact your local store

Do you offer demo equipment?

Demo Equipment can be booked at any store for pick up at our on Mountain stores. Off mountain stores carry little or no Demo stock.

Can i get my equipment delivered?

Yes!! this is a great advantage of Snow Monkey stores, you can fit in any store and hae your equipment delivered to your accommodation on the day of your arrival, when you depart just confirm with your local store the ideal time and our staff will pick up as well
