Tecnica utilizes softer plastic over the instep area that allows the shell to open easier when entering or exiting the boot.

CAS Liner

This Custom Adaptive Shape has transformed the ski boot industry by prioritizing fit and personalization. The anatomically shaped liners provide exceptional comfort and excellent heel retention. These liners are designed with an interior that matches the foot's contours and an exterior that conforms to the shell's shape, all made from durable dual-density micro-cell material that is easily customizable. Furthermore, C.A.S. liners exhibit reduced pack-out, ensuring a lasting fit over an extended duration.

CAS Shell

Tecnica has designed the C.A.S. Shell with an anatomical shape that matches the shape of the foot. This allows for a better out-of-the-box initial fit. The dimples on the shell ensure less surface tension and facilitate heating, making customizing the shell easier. The C.A.S. shell retains the new shape better and longer. 

T-Drive
